Hey Kat just wondering how long you've been vegan and what propelled you to adopt this type of lifestyle? Vegans Rock!

I am not full vegan right now. I go off and on with it. I've been veg for almost 15 years and the only dairy I will eat is cheese sometimes, but it is RARE. I do it because it makes me feel better and I also feel better knowing I'm helping the animals and also the environment.
