Hey Kat, I have a friend that is dying of stage 4 lung cancer. We got called to the hospital tonight because he was unresponsive and I really dont think he will make it much longer. My question is this, I am an empath and I feel everything that everyone else does while Im there and I need to know the best way to keep their emotions and feelings seperate from my own. I am what people call a fixer because I like to fix things and I dont know how to deal with the guilt I am feeling because I cant fix this. Do you have any ideas how I can deal with all of this? Bring your emotions and feelings to a very high vibration. If you start to feel yourself falling into a mush pile, focus on your heart center and RAMP up feelings of joy. Especially around those who are sick or dying. Guilt is just a "story" - let go of the story.....you are okay and are only human. You can't fix everything. Just bring joy into the lives you touch and if they drain you...bless them and move on. You are doing great, honey. Give yourself a BREAK. xo

Thanks for everything Kat. I have ran from these feelings most of my life and isolated myself because I couldn't deal but thanks to you I have decided not to run from them. I no longer isolate myself and even though it has been a hard couple of months, it has definately been worth it. Thank you so much for the inspiration and love!!!
