San Antonio/Houston - Fund Raiser Event

I found out Kat will be meeting one of her FB friends in San Antonio and Houston (though I do not know who it is or when she'll arrive). I would like to host a fund-raiser event and need to talk with whoever from Kat's crew can help me with some information.

I can get a caterer who will meet dietary requirements
I can arrange "fun" events or "mystical" ones

If anyone is interested or think this might be a good idea please let me know.
