Kat - At the last Vokle session, you spoke about healthy anger. I totally agree. But when confronted with unhealthy anger, I react similarly to how you said you did - become small and quiet. (usually) So I internalize stress. I've been paying attention to your breathing techniques. Where did you learn them - on you sojourns to India? Can you suggest a book or video that would show those techniques? Xx

Yes, in India. Pranayama is very powerful and you need to find the right teacher. I would type in Pranayama in you tube and you will see hundreds of videos. Find a teacher who has a voice you connect with and go for it. Much love on your journey you are taking great steps!!

Thanks, Kat! Working on it ;-) There was no way to you tube it until you spelled it out for me..lol. Another quick question... I've been to some yoga classes but the ones at a "gym"/commercial type. I saw you mention Bikram yoga. That is "hot" yoga, right? (I love heat) Are there other types of yoga or is Bikram the best? I want to get "more" out of the class. Xx
